If any game on Game Jelly is not loading correctly for you, there are a number of factors that could be affecting this.

  1. You are using an old or out of date version of Adobe Flash Player

Please update your Adobe Flash Player to the latest version. This will bring speed and security benefits, and will mean you can play not just games on Game Jelly, but the vast majority of all Flash based content on the internet. Click the following image to visit Adobe and install the latest Adobe Flash Player.

If you are not sure which version of Flash you are currently using, you can find out from the Adobe website.

  2. Your browser cookies are causing problems or your browser has cached an older version of the Game Jelly game web page.

Disclaimer: Clearing your cache may fix game issues, but will always result in the loss of automatically saved passwords and web page settings. You will also be prompted to sign back into Facebook after clearing your cookies.

Clearing your Internet browser cache/cookies can fix many common issues such as mid-game loading or crashing. Some browser components may need to have their cache cleared as well. Please choose the following instructions that match your web browser:

    Internet Explorer 7

    • Launch your Internet Explorer browser.
    • Click on the Tools menu at the top of the browser.
    • Click Delete Browsing History.
    • Click Delete All.
    • Close your browser and restart Internet Explorer.

    Internet Explorer 8

    • Launch your Internet Explorer browser.
    • Click on the Safety menu at the top of the browser.
    • Check the box next to: Temporary Internet Files and History
    • Click the Delete button.
    • Wait for the computer to completely process this action and your curser to return so you can close the "Safety" menu and resume your activity.

    • Launch your Safari Web browser.
    • Click on the heading Safari and choose Empty Cache from the pull down menu. It will then ask you if you really want to delete the cache.
    • Click on Empty if you are ready to clear Safari's memory cache.
    • Close and reopen the Safari Web browser.

    • Choose Tools from the main menu (at the top of the Firefox window).
    • Click on Options, and the Options window will appear.
    • Click on the Privacy button on the top left of the window.
    • Click the Cache tab and then click the Clear Cache Now button.
    • Your computer may take a minute or two to delete everything.
    • Once your cursor reverts from the hourglass to the normal cursor, click the OK button at the bottom.
    • Now, close all Firefox windows and re-open Firefox again.
